~The Details ~

This particular project, the client reached out to me to talk about remodeling their bathroom and painting the exterior of their home. They were referred to me by some San Diego lifeguards who I worked with. The couple managed their fathers property as an air bnb rental home. There was a short turn around time between guests on their rental calender, so we had to get this bathroom done right, and in a tight timeframe.

Quartz threshold - notched under the door jamb - sealed with silicone grout caulking

Drywall repair - masking off the vanity in preparation of spraying texture to match the existing wall texture
